Payment declined or failed

Why a payment might be declined on Motionstyles and how to fix it.

If a payment is declined or a renewal fails, it's usually something quick to fix. Here's what to check.

Common reasons a payment fails

  • The card has expired or the details were entered incorrectly.
  • Insufficient funds, or the bank flagged the charge as unusual.
  • The card doesn't support international or online recurring payments.

How to fix it

  1. Open your Account from the profile menu and go to your billing settings.
  2. Update your card or enter a different payment method.
  3. Save, then retry the payment.

If your bank declined the charge, contact them to approve payments to Motionstyles, then try again.

Renewal failed?

If a renewal doesn't go through, your access may pause until payment succeeds. Updating your payment method usually restores access right away. See Managing your subscription.
