This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Kovar Digital LLC, doing business as Motionstyles ("Motionstyles," "we," "us," or "our"), collects when you use motionstyles.com and our related services (the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

1.1 Information you give us

Account information: your name, email address, and password or sign-in method (for example, an email code or Google sign-in).
Creator information: if you are an approved Creator, your username, profile details (such as bio and profile image), the Items you upload, and the payout details you provide (such as your payout method and payout account email).
Payment information: when you subscribe or make a purchase, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card or other payment details. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited information such as your billing email, the last four digits of your card, and your purchase history.
Communications: messages you send us through the chat on our site, by email, or through forms (for example, Creator applications, content requests, and support questions).

1.2 Information collected automatically

Usage information: the Items you view, download, or save, and actions you take on the Service. We use this to provide your download history, calculate Creator earnings, and prevent abuse.
Device and log information: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps. We use IP addresses to limit excessive downloads and to protect the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies: cookies and local storage that keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how the Service is used. See Section 5.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and sign you in.
To provide the Service, including downloads, saved items, licenses, and your account history.
To process subscriptions, purchases, renewals, and refunds.
To run the Creator program, including calculating and paying Creator earnings and referral commissions.
To send you service emails, such as sign-in codes, receipts, renewal reminders, and important account notices.
To send marketing emails where permitted; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
To respond to your messages and provide support.
To understand and improve the Service, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:

Service providers that process information on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Clerk (account sign-in and authentication)
- Stripe (payments and billing)
- Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, storage, and security)
- Webflow (website hosting)
- Resend and Amazon Web Services (email delivery)
- Google Analytics (site analytics)
- Slack (support chat)
- PayPal and Payoneer (Creator payouts)
- AI service providers that help generate descriptions and tags from Items Creators upload
Advertising partners: we use the Pinterest tag and Pinterest's conversion reporting to measure our ads. These may receive information such as the pages you visit and whether you subscribed, along with a hashed (encrypted) email address.
Creators: Creators see aggregate download counts and earnings for their Items. They do not receive your name or email address.
Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Motionstyles, our users, or others.
Business transfers: if Motionstyles is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep it to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (for example, payment and payout records), to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and run the Service, and analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics and the Pinterest tag) to understand how the Service is used and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Access and update: you can view and update your account details while signed in.
Delete: you can ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing us.
Marketing emails: you can unsubscribe at any time; we will still send service emails about your account.
Additional rights: depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement described in Section 3. 7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

Motionstyles is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or on the Service.
