Make every spoken word pop with animated word-by-word captions built for short-form video.

These captions suit short vertical and horizontal videos. Words appear one at a time, the active word is highlighted, and words already spoken stay on screen in a dimmer tone.

Four highlight styles are included:

• Color
• Pill Background
• Underline
• Scale

Words wrap automatically onto one or two lines within the width you set. Size and position follow the frame, so the same title works on both 1920x1080 and 1080x1920 timelines.

Tested in DaVinci Resolve Studio 20 (20.3) on Windows. Not tested in the free version, older versions, macOS or Linux.

Fonts: Montserrat is a free font (SIL Open Font License). It is not included, but a link is provided in ReadMe/FONTS.txt.
